Late post , but So thankful to have had the opportunity to have found this newly wed couple their first home and future investment property !
I got a call one day and it was Mr. Marcus Garcia . I went to school with him in 6/7th grade and mentioned he had seen my posts on being a realtor and hadn’t been having a great experience in his home search.
I got to meet Tabi his beautiful wife and I felt like I had known them forever, kinda miss showing them houses in the daily 🥺. But it took 1 week and about 4 days of showings to find the one.
