JUST CLOSED!
Once this beautiful 10 acre peice of land was listed, it generated a lot of interest. I managed to secure a purchase agreement for my buyer in just five days after it was listed! I negotiated the contract so that after closing fees, he walked away with the property for the same price as the original listing price, all while beating out other interested buyers.
This deal means a lot to me personally because it was for a lifelong friend who has been working hard to find the perfect piece of property for himself. He faced challenges along the way and thats when he called me.
We have a strong relationship built on trust, and I'm honored he chose me to assist him in this important step in his life. I think our relationship became stronger after this deal due to him seeing I stayed true to my word, my advice worked and he saw I was there to protect him. Not get rich off him.
Being part of his journey is truly rewarding, and I can't wait to see how he brings his vision to life on this property!
