Georgia inventory rose 4.4% to 55,469 homes in the latest July 2026 MLS report from Georgia REALTORS/ShowingTime.

Median sales price statewide climbed 2.4% year over year to $370,000, while days on market increased 9.8% to 56 days.

What that means for Stockbridge, GA: more choices are showing up, but well-priced homes can still command attention fast.

Buyer tip: get your must-have list and financing locked in before touring, so you can move quickly when the right Henry County home hits.

Seller tip: pricing sharp matters more now, because buyers have a little more room to compare.
