Yesterday was an extremely bittersweet day! Since almost as long as I can remember my family has owned and operated The Garrett Inn. I remember running from room to room as the construction workers worked to remodel the entire building. I remember having “camp outs” in the rooms with my cousins and friends. And I will always remember the pride that my family took in running one of the best motel/hotels in Garrett County!

This was my mother’s dream to own this property and I know she would be so proud of everyone involved not only in the business but also the real estate transaction!

I want to congratulate my dad and step-mom Denise on the successful sale of the business! You both have worked SO hard for many many years and I am so excited for you both to have some much deserved relaxation time! And thank you for entrusting me to sell this company!
