Here is the one thing you must do before listing you home…
Grab a notebook or open up the notes app on your phone and head outside. 😎 Then, walk through the front door as though you are a potential buyer. Go from room to room and take notes of things that you think you need to change or update (you can snap photos and send them to me, too!).
Most of my home sellers only need to make small edits -- like touching up paint, adding a pretty scented candle or some fresh greenery and having carpets professionally cleaned.
Once you're done, we'll review the list and photos together and decide what the priorities are. 🏡✨
Remember, even though you don't need to make drastic changes like rehabbing your kitchen or refinishing floors (buyers will want to make their own choices!), you still want to make that great first impression on prospective buyers. 😎
