Yesterday’s presentation reminded me why I do what I do. Thank you to Ryan Gibson, Mortgage Broker for hosting and to Tracy Events Catering & Carryout Shop for a delicious lunch. We staged the front porch of the The Van Alstyne Chamber of Commerce office building where the lunch & learn was held as a real‑life example of how curb appeal sets the tone before a buyer ever steps inside. Inside the room I set up a sample bedroom stage display. Seeing both familiar faces and new ones made my heart so happy. Serving this community will always be my favorite part of my job!
