Born and raised in Reston, now a resident of Loudoun County, Rachel began her career as a Realtor® after nearly two decades of teaching. Assisting friends and fellow community members on their real estate journeys, she quickly drew parallels from her experience in the classroom. I had a great lunch at Brightview Fair Oaks today. Arvette Reid, Lifecare Affordability Plan, spoke about how to prepare for long term health care needs. (If you've never met Arvette, you should. You can thank me later.) After lunch concluded I chatted with one of the residents. She shared a little bit about her situation and the pending sale of her long time home. Although very pleased with her new residence at Brightview and gratitude for her family, I could sense the sadness and uncertainty. We had a mother-daughter talk and I didn't even know her name. It's the same message I share with you. 💜
