COMMERICAL BROKERS: START School is thrilled to announce our new Commercial GENUp and Commercial BICUP Courses taught by our very own Sheila Knight, CCIM!

▶ Commercial GenUP – Commercial General Update (Course #7924 & #5724) – effective July 1, 2023.

Developed in collaboration with the NCREC, Sheila Knight, and 3 other commercial practitioners developed this unique commercial brokerage course which is specifically written and focused to benefit commercial brokers who practice significant commercial sales and leasing transactions in NC. This year’s course includes interactive video segments on NCREC compliance issues, top complaint topics, Law & Rule updates, brokerage challenges with current lending & appraisal matters, and an appendix reference to the RCA forms.

▶ Commercial BICUP – Commercial Broker-in-Charge Update (Course #7824 & #5624) – effective July 1, 2023.

Developed in collaboration with the NCREC, Sheila Knight and 3 other commercial practitioners developed this unique commercial brokerage course which is specifically written and focused to benefit brokers-in-charge of commercial brokerage firms who practice significant commercial sales and leasing transactions in NC. In addition to those topics covered in the Commercial GenUP, included are BIC-specific duties & responsibilities with an emphasis on NCREC BIC compliance requirements, and BIC Office Policies.
