I built a career learning how to help people succeed. Now I'm doing it in real estate — and here's what that means for you.

I spent years in the professional beauty industry and I grew through it. Started in sales, building real relationships with salon professionals and helping independent owners grow their businesses. Moved into management, coaching sales teams and developing people. And eventually into senior leadership, making difficult business decisions and working to make sure everyone got to a good outcome.

What I learned at every level was the same thing.

Listen carefully, communicate honestly, and stay in the process until it's done right.

That's exactly what I bring into real estate.

I'm based in Medford — where I live with my 13-year-old son who's in middle school here. I grew up in Cherry Hill. I know South Jersey from the inside.

I work with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties. No area too small, no client too modest.

People ask me what working in the beauty industry has to do with real estate.

Here's my honest answer.

When I started in sales, I was building relationships with salon professionals from scratch — learning what each business needed, earning the right to be trusted, and showing up consistently enough that people kept me in their corner.

When I moved into management, I spent years coaching salespeople and growing brands — keeping complex situations moving, bringing people along through uncertainty, making sure multiple stakeholders got to a good outcome.

That's exactly what a real estate transaction requires.

At the senior level, I was making difficult business decisions under pressure — balancing competing interests, being accountable for the result, knowing when to hold firm and when to adapt.

What I built over those years — the ability to listen, lead, advocate, and deliver — is exactly what you need from someone in your corner on a real estate transaction.

I built my career in the professional beauty industry and I built it from the ground up.

I started in sales, working directly with salon professionals and helping independent owners grow their businesses. I learned early what it means to earn someone's trust, understand what they actually need, and show up consistently over time.

From there I moved into management, coaching sales teams, developing people, and growing brands. And eventually into senior leadership, where I was making difficult business decisions and working to make sure everyone succeeded: the company, my teams, and our salon customers.

That progression from frontline relationships to leading through complexity is what I bring into real estate.

I grew up in Cherry Hill and I live in Medford, where my 13-year-old son is in middle school. I know this community the way you know a place you've genuinely chosen to be part of. I serve buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across South Jersey across Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties. No area is beneath my attention. No price range is too modest to take seriously.
