Just sold in Chelsea Park, Rockledge ✨

Nothing makes me happier than when my sellers fully trust me with the sale of their home and let me do my thing. From pricing and getting the home ready, to staging, photos, marketing, and open houses, they trusted the process from start to finish.

We took some time to get this home ready before going on the market, and it paid off. We had so much activity right away, with over 40 people coming through the first open house and lots of showings after that.

This one feels a little bittersweet for me.

The first time I walked into this house, I remember thinking, how is this still sitting here?

It has an indoor pool, so much personality, and such a fun, unique feeling. I could literally picture it as the cutest little short term rental.

It had been listed before and did not sell, but I truly felt like there was nothing wrong with the house. It just needed someone to see it differently.

It needed better photos, better marketing, and a different way of telling its story.

We had so much activity, and every person who walked in loved it.

It just needed the right buyer.

I am so happy it found them. This little Merritt Island gem is officially closed. 🤍
