Just toured the grand opening of Windward in Cocoa by Taylor Morrison and this one feels like a hidden pocket. Tucked away in Cocoa, it has that “away from it all” vibe while still being close enough when you need it.

It’s a smaller community, so it actually feels like a neighborhood—not a massive development. The homes are brand new and beautifully done, and the amenities planned are solid: dog park, butterfly garden, community pool, and clubhouse.

Honest take—there will be a CDD + HOA, so that’s something to factor in. But if you’ve been waiting for newer construction in this area that still feels peaceful, this is one to look at.
