Today was one for the books.

I had the honor of returning to Cardinal Hayes High School for Career Day and speaking to some of the most thoughtful, curious, and driven young men I have ever had the pleasure of being in a room with. The questions they asked were sharp. The energy in that room was real. And the pride I felt walking back through those doors is something I will carry for a long time.

Okay but I actually have follow up questions.
For the listing agents using AI enhanced photos:

1. The countertops in that photo were quartz. I showed up and they were laminate from 1987 with a story to tell. Who approved this?

2. The backyard looked like a resort. My buyer asked about hosting summer cookouts. There were seven square feet of concrete and a fence that was giving up on life. Explain yourself.

3. The living room fit a sectional, a dining table, and what appeared to be a small recording studio. My buyer showed up with a tape measure and a broken heart. Do you have anything to say for yourself?

4. The natural light in that kitchen was immaculate. Floor to ceiling windows. My buyer gets there at 2pm on a Tuesday and it looked like a submarine. Who did the lighting?

My buyer fell in love with a property that does not exist.

Here is what I can control. Before my buyers fall in love with anything, they come to me first. Nobody wants to be unpleasantly surprised when they show up to a listing.
