We have been so blessed to be given the opportunity to rehab Ms Jenkins house. It is a precious little 2br/1ba 1100 sq ft house; perfect for your first starter home. This is the first time we've shown off the house before we've even started. We wanted to let ya'll watch as we move through the process. If you loved our country vibe in our other homes you're gonna love this little house too. Better yet, if you loved them and know someone looking for a smaller house share this with them. You guys! This piece of crap is a scammer! This house just sold to a wonderful family and they just moved in, it is NOT for rent. PLEASE ! What doesnt spell scam like "its my uncles house!" Dont be scammed ! Do you due diligence. Ill be contacting the police to find out next steps to stop this. The phone number was disconnected as soon as the lady who was interested asked one to many questions. It doesnt take police/FBI to stop being taking advantage of by low life's, it just takes a little thinking. Be inquisitive! iF ANY BODY is OUT OF TOWN, you are OUT OF TOWN!

I know we haven't been posting a lot on Facebook these days but believe me we have been working like crazy to finish the Alabama Street house. Sneak peak pictures will be posted tomorrow now that the 100 year old heart pine wood floors were finished on Friday! Ya'll this house is OFF THE CHARTS!

The heart pine floors are in living room and master bedroom with mexican tile floors in the kitchen and dining room. Oh... and wait till you see the master bath! It's a full room in itself with two shower heads, a stone wall and down lights tracing the full shower ceiling beams. We have a 3 sided fireplace in this house so that living, dining and kitchen areas all have their own view. There's a black walnut, live edge slab in the kitchen for the island and in the master bath for the floating vanity. There is no other house like this one in New Albany I can promise you that! In total, it's a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2500 sq ft two story house with a large deck off the back. Sneak peaks tomorrow, come see it this weekend!
