901 Home Cash Offer is a growing Real Estate Investment Company located in Memphis, TN. We have been wholesaling properties in the Memphis and North Mississippi area for 3 years, and are currently seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to join our sales team.
The Acquisitions Specialist will evaluate, negotiate, and acquire investment properties directly from homeowners. The successful applicant will have strong sales acumen and a likeable personality, with an interest in people and relationship building. As 95% of our deals are closed over the phone, this role requires someone who loves to talk on the phone and has exceptional communication skills.
We will provide all the leads that you need along with paid ongoing training to ensure that you are successful and can close deals within your first month.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
Making 50 -75 outbound calls daily;
Contacting interested homeowners by phone to make offers;
Performing long-term, aggressive follow up;
Focusing on building relationships and managing a pipeline of leads;
Performing long-term, aggressive follow up.
Occasionally, may be required to go on seller appointments.
As our ideal candidate, you have:
At least one year of sales experience;
A passion for being on the phones and building relationships;
A positive and likeable personality;
A persistent, resilient and optimistic attitude;
Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
A “self-starter”, goal-driven attitude;
A willingness to be coached and take criticism;
Experience in the real estate industry (preferred but not required- will train).
