This is one of those situations where I really put my foot in my own mouth! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I had two buyers interested in this home, and while touring with the first buyer, I recorded and uploaded the video simply because I hadn’t posted any “content” for the day.

Little did I know, the video would go viral across all my social media platforms… almost 1 MILLION views 😳 My phone, as well as the listing agent’s phone, started blowing up, and I unintentionally put myself in a multiple-offer situation?! We literally went from no offers to multiple offers all because of MY post. Talk about sweating bullets.

Thankfully, despite the multiple offers, my client’s offer still came out on top, and we closed successfully with SIX FIGURES in instant equity 😉💰

Moral of the story for me? Wait until AFTER my offer is accepted to post a good deal on social media lol
