I’m grateful for every client who chooses me to represent them during a real estate transaction, but I’m especially grateful for the ones who choose to work with me more than once.
This closing was extra special because four years ago, I helped this family purchase their first home. They loved it, but they knew it wouldn’t be their forever home. They told me then, “We’ll be back.”
What moves me most is that even though their first home wasn’t everything they wanted, they were genuinely grateful for what God had provided. And now, four years later, they’ve closed on their forever home….one that checks every box, and they did it without a mortgage. $1.25 million CASH!

A reminder that sometimes God gives us what we need first to see how we steward it before He gives us what we’ve been praying for.
While they wish to remain private, I’m celebrating this incredible milestone loudly because this is a huge accomplishment.
