Associate Spotlight: Patrick Nankivell

This month, we’re proud to recognize Patrick Nankivell and celebrate 26 years with Fogelman.

Patrick’s journey began in 2000 at Waterford Place Apartment Homes, where he started as a lifeguard at just 16 years old. After graduating college, he joined the office team full-time as a Leasing Consultant, was promoted to Leasing Manager in 2010, and most recently stepped into the Property Manager role last year.

Over the years, Patrick has become known for his dedication to residents, his leadership, and his ability to build a true sense of community. Whether he’s filming a social media video, highlighting a resident event, or finding new ways to connect with prospects, Patrick brings creativity, energy, and authenticity to everything he does.

His 26-year career is a reflection of the lasting impact one person can have on a community and the people who call it home.
