More often than not, people live in their homes while trying to sale and we tweak a few things to make the home more attractive to a buyer. The bottom picture is the before staging pic. There was no breakfast table, no bar stools, and the right wall had numerous items. The top picture shows a table that we brought in, and we had the seller remove all items on the right wall. We also brought in art work along with bringing in bar stools. Does the modified room seem larger to you?
