Sometimes a house doesn’t need you to love it exactly as it is. Sometimes it just needs you to be able to see what it could be.
This is actually Brewer House and when I walked into this space, I didn’t see dated carpet, an awkward entry and a closed-off kitchen. I saw warm wood floors, an open kitchen, better flow, beautiful color, and a space that could feel completely different without losing the character of the home.
That’s probably my favorite part about being both a Realtor and an Interior Designer—helping my buyers look past what’s there today and see the potential.
Because sometimes the house you’d scroll right past could actually be the one.
What do you see—would you have been able to picture the after? 👀
