Hey everyone! I wanted to give a quick update on why I’ve been a bit less active on here lately. Since August, I’ve been putting in the work at the fire academy during the weekdays, balancing that alongside my home inspections on the weekends.
​It has definitely been a busy season juggling both worlds, but I'm still staying dedicated to keeping homes safe. I will start taking clients during the weekdays again in October. Thanks for sticking with me, and I appreciate all the support! 🚒🏠

Recently, I have been conducting numerous home inspections on properties with crawlspaces. During these inspections, I have consistently identified several issues, including:

1) Excessive moisture accumulation
2) Mold growth
3) Pest infestation
4) Wood rot
5) Structural defects such as compromised framing or foundation weaknesses.

While every part of a home inspection matters, I find the crawlspace to be especially crucial. Since this area makes up the foundation of the home, it's where I often spot serious issues that might affect safety and the home's overall strength.

Update: We have a winner Peter Gandy was the first one to guess it right! There were many great answers about what can cause the moisture stains, but the correct one was a broken condensation line.
