Sometimes, if you watch the market as closely as I do, you get lucky! That is the case with this off-market home I just sold. This home had been listed with another agent but had not sold. When the listing expired, I immediately called my clients and they were still very interested in the home. I promptly spoke with the owners and hammered out a deal and the parties got into contract!
