🏡Toured the new Alamar community this morning and I’m honestly excited for what it’s bringing to Meridian.

Scandinavian inspired design, intentional living, outdoor paths, a dog park, and community spaces that actually make people want to connect instead of just drive in/drive out.

Homes + townhomes coming soon, very clean lines, warm finishes, and a lifestyle vibe vs just another subdivision. Definitely keeping my eye on this one 👀

And Meridian isn’t just building homes, big things are happening nearby too. The Ten Mile/10 Mile Corridor is in the midst of major mixed-use growth with plans for retail, restaurants, entertainment, hotels, offices, and housing as part of projects like The District at Ten Mile and Ten Mile Crossing.
