I received an email from a custom home builder that I draw home plans for last night.

Kent,
Good evening, I just wanted to say thank you for such quality work on our behalf and quick turnaround on timelines. You helped me put out a lot of fires this week and get back on schedule with my clients and push these projects further. All other plans are in review with clients for the time. I would like to get my brother’s house going next on the list. Thank you again for all your help Kent have a great night

I received an email from a customer of ours just this morning for a home addition that we completed. We took the roof off of the lower level garage and added living area over the garage and tied it into the existing upper floor of the home.

Here is the email.

Hi Kent,
Thank you for managing the construction of our home renovation. We love our addition and have received many wonderful comments about it! Most people can't even tell that we had an addition because it was incorporated so well. You were great to work with and took care of our needs even before we knew about them. With such a busy market, we expected that the project would take longer. We were pleasantly surprised at finishing exactly two months after demolition began. When asking different subcons and delivery companies about the timing, they all commented "You're lucky to be working with Mortensen Construction. Otherwise, your project would be on hold right now." Our family has been blessed to work with you and are enjoying our new space. Our neighbors were appreciative of the respect you and your subcons showed.
We have recommended you to our friends and associates and will continue to recommend you for any future projects either commercial or residential. We value your professionalism!

Always nice to have a happy customer. This is an email I received this evening from a customer that I have been working with.
.....:-). ...... Just so you know, I consider it a privilege having you looking after the building of my new home. I'm pretty sure building this house is nothing compared with what your accustomed to, but it means pretty much everything to me.
