Another full house at Canyon County Planning and Zoning for an "ordinance change". In an effort to protect AG in the Canyon County area, it seems the ordinance does less to protect AG and more to give the land use decisions to Planning and Zoning. I have to say I am impressed with the educated, thoughtful testimony. A packed room of farmers, surveyors, residents, REALTORS®... not 1 person in favor of the ordinance. Thank you for the kind Planning and Zoning Commissioners who genuinely care about the area they serve. They listened, asked questions and really tried to understand the 225 page report.

Tri-Peak Realty was proud to have our agents involved in the committee for the City of Middleton's 4th of July Parade and Fireworks show. It was the first year taking it over from the Middleton Chamber of Commerce and we are proud to say it went off without a hitch! It was the biggest firework show in the history of Middleton. The parade was huge and had over 60 entries (several with more than one vehicle). Candy was tossed, wet zone got wet and all who attended left happy. Awards to Middleton Cheer, Middleton Dance and the Local Veterans! So proud to have such a tight community.
