New build or resale? Both can be the right answer — it just depends on you.

New construction gives you fewer repairs, builder warranties, modern layouts, and efficiency built in. You're the first one to live there.

Resale gives you established yards, mature trees, and often a bigger lot for the money — plus you can usually move faster.

The wrong answer is guessing. The right one comes from knowing what actually matters to you, and what your money buys either way in this market.
