During the 17+ years that I have been in real estate I have sold and/or helped my clients purchase over 1500 properties. The thing that I love most about my career is building relationships and trust in a fast paced and competitive work place. I love the challenge of building my skills and improving in my career. One of my many specialties is new home construction. I cut my teeth on it in my first years of real estate. This being said, a large majority of the homes I have marketed and sold have been newly built homes. I enjoy the competitive atmosphere of working with a team. One of my favorite things about working on a good team is the motivation level increases exponentially when working with other self-starters, and we can collectively be a more efficient force in our field.

Today we celebrate Labor Day 🇺🇸

But what exactly are we celebrating?
Labor Day was created to honor the American worker and recognize the contributions, dedication, and achievements of workers who have helped build our communities and our country.

From the people building homes and neighborhoods, to teachers, small business owners, healthcare workers, farmers, first responders, tradespeople, and everyone who works hard to provide for their families, today is a reminder that hard work matters.

As a Realtor, I get to see that hard work become part of people’s stories every day. The first home. The move that brings a family closer together. The investment that creates a future. The dream that finally becomes an address.
So today, I’m grateful for the people who work hard, dream big, and keep our communities moving forward.

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

It’s easy to buy the house. It’s harder to choose the life that comes with it.

When you’re looking for a home, it’s natural to focus on the things you can measure.

How much square footage?

How big is the garage?

But there’s another question I think deserves just as much attention: What will everyday life feel like here?
