Throwback Thursday...

At the beginning of May, our team had the pleasure of attending CAI-AZ's annual vendor tradeshow. It was great to make some new vendor connections and connect with existing vendor partners in the industry.

This year's theme was the Olympics. We even got to meet the Australian break dancer (or someone who resembled her anyway). We can't wait to see what next year's theme will be!

Saturday was International Community Association Managers Day. Although it fell on a weekend, it is important that we take a few moments to recognize the individuals that continue to serve in this role.

Managing HOAs and condominium communities is rarely easy and often goes unnoticed. Community Association Managers (CAMs) balance the needs of homeowners, Boards of Directors, vendors, attorneys, accountants, and countless others—all while navigating complex situations, difficult decisions, emergencies, and high expectations.

It’s a role that requires patience, professionalism, resilience, and a genuine commitment to serving communities. The long hours, challenging conversations, and behind-the-scenes efforts may not always receive the recognition they deserve, but they make a meaningful difference every day.

To all Community Association Managers: thank you for your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to the communities you serve. Your efforts help neighborhoods thrive, even when the work is tough and the appreciation is scarce.

The last five days have been amazing!

First, we received a lot of positive feedback at the annual CAI vendor tradeshow Friday (we'll be sharing some photos from the tradeshow soon). It is nice to hear that so many vendors have positive things to say about us to other vendors and to other management professionals in this space. We greatly appreciate the support.

Second, we were selected to be the new community management partners for a good-sized community in the west valley (more info to come soon), marking our entry into the west valley market.

Last but not least, we received three (3) incredible reviews from homeowners in our communities in the last 24 hours. Positive reviews from homeowners are hard to come by. We greatly appreciate these homeowners for recognizing our efforts and care for their communities.

Welcome to our newest partner community, The Mews on Tenth Place! The Mews is a small but charming condominium community located near the Biltmore area.

We'd also like to give kudos to the new Board for The Mews for recognizing the community's difficult financial position and making moves to restore the community, to include educating homeowners, working to pass both a significant assessment increase and a series of special assessments over the next couple years to correct years of underfunding and deferred maintenance, and hiring a professional community association management partner to help them achieve these objectives.

We are proud to partner with a community and Board that understand the importance of doing what is necessary to restore and maintain their community.
