The WasteManagement Phoenix Open is a big deal here in Arizona. We feel very fortunate when some of our team members are invited to attend the event by industry vendor partners. A huge shoutout and thank you to EmpireWorks (Tristan Reinhart and Derek A. Brase), BurgSimpson (Joe Smith and Brianna Yonkers), and Charles Taylor Engineering (Mario Castro, P.E.) for having some of our team out Friday for a fun-filled day of networking and entertainment.

We all want to know how we are performing in our professional lives. Measurable metrics help us identify areas we can improve, highlight our strengths, etc.

We love that our software partner, Vantaca, enables us to track, monitor, and measure metrics. Moreover, however, Vantaca provides us with periodic metrics to help us understand how we are performing in comparison to their approximately 2,000 management company clients. Here are a few highlights we from a recent update we received from Vantaca. What these images demonstrate is that we:

- Deliver financials to our partner communities in a timely manner, exceeding the average delivery time of other management companies, and often by quite a lot. We not only deliver accurate financial reports to our partner communities, but we deliver them quickly!

- Maintain low delinquency rates for our partner communities and are able to close out more delinquencies without legal/collection agency assistance than a lot of our competitors. This is huge and fantastic to know! We believe this is because the multiple avenues of communication and unique processes we have set up in Vantaca.

- Pay invoices in a timely manner. The average time it takes for an invoice to be paid once received by us is less than two (2) weeks. That includes coding, manager review and attaching of backup, Board review when needed, and actual payment. This ensures our vendor partners in this industry and being treated fairly and shown proper appreciation for their efforts.
