February Market Update 🏡

The February housing market across Arizona is moving with quiet confidence. Buyer activity has picked up as the new year settles in, and well-priced homes are seeing steady interest and stronger showing traffic. We’re kicking off the year with interest rates hovering closer to 6%, which already feels like a win after the rollercoaster of the past couple years. No crystal balls over here... we can’t predict exactly what the market will do, but real estate has always been about watching the data, learning from past trends, and making smart, informed moves. With steady demand and people continuing to move to Arizona, there’s a lot to be excited about. Twas the market in December, in sunny AZ,
No snow on the rooftops, just palm trees and breeze.
Inventory’s shifting, rates danced up and down,
While buyers and sellers both scoped out the town.

Homes stayed on market a touch longer this year,
Giving buyers more leverage (and less bidding war fear).
Sellers still shining with pricing done right,
Those homes go pending ~ sometimes overnight.

Snowbirds are landing, escaping the cold,
While locals are asking, “Should I buy? Should I hold?”
