So your thinking of buying a home, so many questions. Location, price range, style? But here’s really the most important part.

Mortgage lenders look very carefully at each loan application for the 4 C’s
Credit, Capacity, Capital and Collateral.

Credit- Not just the score but your credit profile.
Capacity- Your Income, W2, 1099, and or suplemental income.
Capital- All of your assets to cover the down payment and closing cost.
Colateral- The value of the property.

Why should you, your staff or your students attend our workshops. Finances are a major worry. It does not matter if we have the money or not. Learning how to build, maintain or keep our wealth can be stressful.
