Then the inspection happens. 😳

That’s exactly why a thorough home inspection is SO important. Behind all those pretty finishes, you can still uncover major electrical issues, AC, plumbing problems, water heater concerns, termites, and other repairs you would never notice during a showing.

And when important issues come up, buyers shouldn’t automatically feel pressured to “meet in the middle” on repairs that really need to be addressed.

Pretty finishes are great. Knowing what you’re actually buying is even better. Hire a reputable inspection company and protect yourself before closing. 🔍🏠
