Let me share a real-life experience from one of our clients. Let's call him John 🏠 He thought he had everything figured out for his big move. However, he underestimated the importance of arranging and reserving elevators in advance 😱

⌛️ John waited until the last minute to realize that he needed certain documents after the closing to secure the elevator reservation. By that time, he had already informed his landlord about his departure date 😬 To his dismay, not only was his desired moving date unavailable, but all other dates were also fully booked! 😱 As a result, poor John had to wait an extra three weeks to finally settle into his new home, and rent something for the furniture and to live-in in the meantime 😔
