After Hurricane Ian, many guests who suffered damage to their homes booked our Airbnb units. As the electricity, water, internet, etc. services returned, they canceled...and returned to their properties. What would we do in these cases? Are unused nights refunded? Do we follow Airbnb's refund policy? Helping people means neglecting the needs of our unit-owning customers?
