____ Day to day responsibilities____
– installations, inspections, replacement, repair and maintenance of building, fixtures and fittings.
– general plumbing
– general carpentry such as new locks, window frames, adjusting windows, replacing handles and similar hardware.
– general tiling – floors and walls
– flooring work, such as carpet tiles
-general painting & decorating
– basic electrical maintenance
– liaising with housekeeping, performing jobs as and when they are required.
