A renovation focused on refreshing the home while making every space work better.

In the kitchen, the goal was to maximize storage, improve the layout and clear the countertops—allowing the island to become the true centerpiece, with a direct connection to the dining room.

By removing the existing bulkhead, we gained ceiling height and gave the kitchen a much more open feeling. We also raised the doorway to the dining room, strengthening the flow between both spaces and allowing the beautiful natural daylight to travel through.

The fabulous quartzite became the statement of the kitchen, running across the countertops, hood surround and monolithic island.

Throughout the home, we updated the furniture and lighting while carefully preserving some of its original character—the wall moldings, staircase and checkered floor tiles.

And that daylight in the kitchen…

A vestibule is more than a transition space—it sets the tone for everything that follows.

In this project, bronze mirror panels do more than reflect light. They seamlessly conceal a full-height storage unit, transforming a functional necessity into an architectural feature. The warm bronze finish adds depth, softness, and a level of sophistication that standard mirrors simply can’t achieve.

Our latest project study explores a family room designed as a seamless extension of the outdoor living experience. Framed by expansive steel windows and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the space opens onto a covered BBQ and dining terrace, creating a natural flow between relaxation, entertaining, and everyday family life.

Exploring a warm European-inspired approach to Florida living. Located in one of the city’s most desirable family-oriented neighborhoods, this home was designed to feel calm, refined, and deeply connected to everyday living.

A palette of bleached oak, creamy travertine limestone, rich walnut accents, and dramatic marble surfaces brings depth while maintaining a serene and understated elegance.

Arched openings introduce a subtle Mediterranean influence, while custom millwork and integrated detailing keep the interiors minimal and architectural. The contrast between the dark stone and light cabinetry adds balance and sophistication, softened by textured upholstery and natural daylight filtering through steel-framed windows.

Every element was thoughtfully composed to reflect a slower and more intentional way of living.

Stepping in our latest project study which is located in one of the most desirable residential pockets of Coral Gables — an area known for its lush tree-lined streets, Mediterranean-inspired architecture, and quiet, family-oriented atmosphere.

Creating this custom residence was about exploring a palette inspired by Miami’s coastal light — soft mineral tones, warm natural textures, and sculptural architectural detailing that bring a sense of quiet grandness to the space. Influenced by the timeless character of Coral Gables architecture, the layered ceiling details and refined proportions were designed to create an atmosphere that feels both calm and elevated.
