Wolfgang Herz, President
President of Fortune International Realty’s Commercial Division, Wolfgang Herz has been intrigued by the world of real estate since he was very young. Herz holds over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and over the last 12 yrs in the restaurant/hotel retail brokerage. Herz, as director of services for the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Hotel and Residence in Miami, Florida, experienced first-hand the needs for a hotel operator to cater to their residence and day visitors. He recognized the unique and distinctive hotel brand’s requirements. He is particularly proud of his involvement in bringing recognized restaurant concepts like ZUMA into the Epic Hotel, Il Gabbiano into One Miami, Toscana Di Vino to Mary Brickell, and many more. He currently represents restaurant concepts like Novikov Restaurant Group, Zuma Restaurant Group, ROKA Restaurant Group, Sea Salt and Pepper, Sushi Samba, and Juvia in selecting locations within the Southeast Florida market
In 2011, Mr. Herz started a commercial team, which currently consists of over 20 agents/consultant team members—all of whom are providing comprehensive assistance to their customers with a wide range of real estate services. Ricardo Du Pond, Partner
Senior Partner of Fortune International Realty’s Commercial Division, Ricardo Dupond has, ever since he was young, had a passion for real estate. This naturally led him into pursuing a career in the field. With a background in finance, he realized the importance of real estate as investments in one’s portfolio. Ricardo enjoys putting deals together, managing his own time, and believes that the more you put in, the more rewarding it is. Each transaction is different and challenging, and he uses his negotiating skills and experience always looking into the best interest of his clients on every deal. Ricardo has been in the business for nine years, beginning in development sales and general real estate. Over the years, he was been awarded multiple top producer accolades on many projects throughout his career. He joined Fortune International Realty with plans to expand the commercial division. Ricardo specializes in commercial leasing and sales throughout South Florida but with special attention to Brickell, Downtown, Midtown, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Our team collaboration efforts, however, directly expands our market to manage commercial deals through central Florida. Ricardo was born and raised in Mexico City, lived in Texas and moved to Miami ten years ago. He is fluent in English and Spanish, received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas. Some of his main qualities are being organized, dedicated, and an analytic listener. With all the effort and time he puts into deals he is able to satisfy the needs and wants of his costumers, and is always 100% on each deal he is involved with.
