Dania is heavily involved in advocacy as a Florida State Director for the Florida Association of Realtors and a National Director for NAR. She has won many awards throughout the years, some of them being the Top 20 under 40 & YPN of the year both awarded by The Miami Association of Realtors, The Above The Crowd award from RE/MAX International for the entire state of Florida, and most recently Rate my Agent’s Top Agent award ranking as #2 in Miami-Dade County.
