Three years ago, my family and I were in the same position many people are in when relocating to Florida — trying to plan a move from out of state while figuring out neighborhoods, schools, and timelines from miles away. It was overwhelming at times.

You need an agent and here's why 👇

While builders want you to use their reps, those agents represent the builder—not you.

Your agent will keep YOUR best interest in mind when helping with:
-Negotiating upgrades
-Spotting hidden costs
-Finding the best lender
-Pushing for a proper inspection

Pro tip: Bring your agent on your first visit—or at least get them registered. Many builders only pay the buyer’s agent commission if they’re present.
