This one didn’t start with me… but I’m really glad I was there to help them finish it.

When I stepped in, my job was simple
Get them to the closing table, no matter what.

And it definitely wasn’t a straight path.

Right before our first closing, cash to close came in astronomically higher than expected with the first bank… so we had to cancel.

We pivoted. Switched banks.
Started the entire process over again.

Got it all back together in less than 30 days… and headed into closing round two.

And of course… the night before closing, more issues popped up that we had to scramble to fix.

At that point, it would’ve been easy for this deal to fall apart.

But it didn’t.

Because we stayed in it, problem solved every step of the way, and made it to the finish line.

And yesterday… we closed.

Keys in hand. A fresh start.
And honestly, one of the most fun closings I’ve been part of.

I mean… when you’re talking Bad Bunny and Taylor Swift at the closing table, you know it was a good one.
