A lot can change in just a few days!

These photos show the exterior renovation progress at Wallkill Living Center from Tuesday to Friday. The crew has been moving quickly, with large sections of the building opened up, wrapped, and moving toward the next phase of installation.

There is still plenty of work ahead, but it’s great to see the progress taking shape so quickly. We appreciate everyone’s patience while the work continues around the property!

Looking for something local to do this weekend? 🌽🌸🛍️

The Middletown BID Farmer’s Market is happening this Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Erie Way Park on Union Street.

You’ll find fresh produce and herbs, flowers, handmade bath and beauty products, candles, local snacks and more.

The market runs every Saturday from June through October, so if you can’t make it this weekend, there are plenty more chances to stop by and support local vendors. 😊

This weekend, I’m having a little fun in the Abundantly Bundts kitchen.

The inspiration?

COOKIES. 🍪

Some familiar favorites are coming back... but I’ve also been working on something completely new.

Butter slowly browned until it becomes beautifully toasted and nutty.
Vanilla bean.
Semisweet chocolate.
A little touch of sea salt.

All coming together in a brand-new Bundt:

It’s a new technique for me, a new recipe for Abundantly Bundts, and I cannot wait to see how our first batch comes together.
