Find new construction is going to be cheap cheaper than buying an existing home because interest rate rates are being bought down by the builders, they’re offering to pay all of your closing costs, and they’re throwing in free incentives. Your maintenance is going to be zero for several years since everything is all new and your insurance and your energy bills will be extremely low. Too many people are sleeping on this opportunity to buy up new construction real estate so my goal is to shout it from the rooftop so everyone knows this is where the best deals are right now!!

This is one of the most responsible couples I have ever met. They are recently newlyweds and they have been diligently saving money to buy their first house with 20% down.
