This is one of the most responsible couples I have ever met. They are recently newlyweds and they have been diligently saving money to buy their first house with 20% down. They both work extremely hard and go to school part-time and have accomplished so much and such a short period of time. These clients were referred to me because of my connections to oil and gas and have really been such a joy to work with. Now they’re one step closer to the American dream of building Wealth through homeownership. And the cherry on the cake is that their house appraised for way more than they purchased it for meaning they have instant equity in their home. This is such a success.

As investors we come across deals that are off market often and that does give us an advantage. I was real estate professionals to have multiple exit strategies and either flip the house or sell the house, buy the house. Whatever the case may be.
