Whoohoo!!

This pending hits differently.... and the closing will be an even bigger wave.

This is my grandparents home, where my dad and his siblings grew up. A lot of time was spent here during my childhood.

But I'm super excited that a new chapter can be made. A young couple coming in to breathe life back into these walls 💕🏡

Grateful that today wasn't the usual Monday type of MONDAY.

Today was a full schedule from sun up to sun down....but more importantly, it was one that deserves many congratulations!!
