Congratulations to these two new homeowners!! 🤍

Real estate can be such an emotional journey sometimes. There can be a lot of waiting, second guessing, and wondering if the right home will ever come along - which is why it’s so important not to give up. I truly believe God’s timing has a way of working things out better than we could have planned ourselves.

We had looked at homes for a while, and the moment this beautiful brick home hit the market, we all knew it felt different. Sometimes the biggest wins in real estate happen at the closing table!

Last week’s closing was one of those moments.

Partway through the process, we had a local lender stepped in and completely turned the deal around. Not only did they help keep everything on track, but they were able to save my buyers thousands of dollars at closing AND lower their monthly payment.

That’s the kind of behind-the-scenes work that doesn’t always get talked about, but it can make a huge difference for a family buying a home.

For anyone who hasn’t been through the process before, closing costs typically run around 3-4% of the purchase price, depending on the loan type, taxes, insurance escrows, and lender fees. Having the right lender structuring the loan can absolutely change what buyers bring to the closing table.
