Every home sale comes with a story, but this one is particularly special. ❤️

Never in a million years would I have imagined that a friend I met back in 2nd grade would one day ask me to help sell his home!

Jeff and I went to school together from 2nd through 12th grade and stayed in touch sporadically over the years through Facebook. So, when his company relocated him for a promotion and he reached out to ask if I could help sell his home, my answer was, of course, “Absolutely!”

It was such a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, catch up on the years in between, and get to know his family along the way.

We were able to get the home sold quickly and close to asking price, and now Jeff and his family are off to their next chapter! 🏡✨

✨just sold!✨ I love this career and how every sale/purchase has its own unique story.

I was lucky to have helped a long time friend (went to grade school AND high school together!). When he was being relocated for a job, he reached out and reconnected with me after having not seen each other in about 20 years. We got to work prepping, marketing, and received a great offer quickly. Now a new family has taken ownership and can enjoy this great space in a fantastic neighborhood.
