CONTINGENT OFFER

Ever see a home listed as “contingent” and wonder what that even means?

👉🏽 It means the seller has accepted an offer… but it comes with strings attached.
For example:
— The buyer might need to sell their current home first 🏠
— Or maybe the home still needs to pass inspection 🔍

The deal won’t move forward unless those conditions are met.

So if you see a home marked “contingent,” it’s not fully off the market yet — but it’s halfway there.

And here’s the kick: the seller might still be accepting secondary offers — backup offers just in case the first one falls through.
