MedCraft in conjunction with its longtime partner, Harrison Street have acquired the Sisters Grove Medical Pavilion, a premier 108,204-square-foot medical outpatient facility located on the campus of CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Itโs direct connectivity to the 257-bed hospital allows seamless transition for providers and patients alike.
The Sisters Grove Medical Pavilion offers a range of specialty healthcare services, featuring an ambulatory surgery center managed by Audubon Ambulatory Surgery Center, a full-service imaging center operated by PENRAD Imaging, and multiple specialty tenants, including womenโs health services, with CommonSpirit Health as the anchor tenant.
โMedCraft is pleased to continue its partnership with CommonSpirit Health through the acquisition of the Sisters Grove Medical Pavilion,โ said Jon Lewin, Principal at MedCraft. โThis acquisition aligns with our strategy of investing in high-quality healthcare facilities in growing markets and supporting health systems in delivering exceptional patient care to their communities.โ
A special thank you and shoutout to:
CommonSpiritโs Bill Martin and Chris Daigneault
