✨ Pending in Minikahda Vista ✨
This exceptional custom-built luxury home in the highly sought-after Minikahda Vista neighborhood is officially pending after just 2 days on the market and multiple offers.

A successful launch starts with strategic exposure. Prior to hitting the market, I hosted an Exceptional Properties meeting at the home where 25+ agents specializing in the luxury market toured the property and networked the listing. Showings began and the response was very positive with multiple offers submitted by Friday evening!

Built in 2020, this stunning modern farmhouse featured 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, curated outdoor spaces, a gourmet Thermador kitchen, and beautifully designed living spaces just moments from restaurants, coffee shops, and the Chain of Lakes.
Congratulations to my sellers on a fantastic result!
