Big move for Farm Credit Foundations!

Monarch Commercial Real Estate was proud to represent Farm Credit Foundations in a significant headquarters expansion and relocation. Farm Credit Foundations provides retirement and benefit plan administration services to organizations across the agricultural and financial services industries.

The challenge was clear from day one: secure a space nearly 50% larger while maintaining disciplined occupancy costs and positioning the organization for future growth. Just as important, the team wanted to create a workplace environment that people genuinely wanted to come back to — one that supports collaboration, culture, and connection for years to come.

After evaluating multiple options throughout the market, the decision was made to relocate from downtown Saint Paul to Mendota Heights. The new headquarters provides a larger, more efficient footprint aligned with the organization’s long-term vision while creating an elevated experience for employees and visitors alike.

Special thanks to both and Onward Project Development Services for their help in bringing this space to life! Excited for what’s ahead for the Farm Credit Foundations team and grateful for the opportunity to help advise on such an important decision.

Several months ago, (RSP) came to us with what every company hopes for — exponential growth. Their team was expanding faster than their Linden Hills office could support, yet they were committed to leases that stretched years into the future. In the near term, relocation didn’t seem possible. But growth waits for no one.

We focused on delivering a solution that allowed them to move quickly while matching their style and culture — prioritizing minimal capital costs, an attractive rate, and a neighborhood that provided the same walkable amenities their people were accustomed to.
