The Savant system installed by AVID has not worked properly almost from day one. AVID has solved the issue of controlling the shades from inside the unit, but the relays (which are supposed to be green, not purple) do not seem to be allowing for control of the shades remotely with respect to status update through the I-phone yet/again.
