We currently have an opening for a property manager for a 96 unit multi-site property. These apartment buildings are located in Stevens Square of Mpls, St. Anthony Park of St. Paul, and White Bear Lake.
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maximize occupancy, collections, physical appearance and resident relations/services, supervise staff (assistant manager, maintenance).

Qualifications include 2 years of property management experience or completion of an accreditation degree to include supervisory, Fair Housing, and leasing/sales skills, excellent verbal and written skills, experience with apartment turns and renovations, and excellent organizational, people, and computer skills. Knowledge of Appfolio management software and experience in Student Housing management are a plus.
This is a full time position that will require some evening or weekend work. This position offers a competitive compensation package.

Property Maintenance Needed FULL TIME +

Apartment Maintenance person wanted for apartment buildings in Cloquet. Must have related experience, some of your own tools, driver's license, and car or truck.

Duties include simple electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, flooring, painting, replacement window installation, and cleaning of common areas and apartment turnovers. Luxury Vinyl plank flooring is common.

You need to be a team player, can work well on your own, get along well with tenants, and work with the attitude that we are here to make the resident's home wonderful while keeping a close eye on the bottom line. You must be organized.

A solid and efficient work ethic is a must.

This is a contractor position where at the end of the year you will receive 1099.

We are looking for an individual who is handy and perform general maintenance tasks for our buildings in the Cloquet area. The job would be mainly focused on painting and repairs.

The individual must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative to get the job done.

This position is 1099 and could be full or part-time.

Compensation includes competitive pay, plus paid vacation and holidays, year-end bonus, and mileage reimbursement.
