Showed some space to a technology startup yesterday in a building being converted to retail and creative office space. The building is called The Broadway and it is at the intersection of Central Ave and Broadway St NE in Northeast Minneapolis. Over the years it has been home to numerous large tenants but now will have office space on the second floor and retail on the first including a 612 Brew and Spyhouse Coffee. Modern conveniences and exposed brick/timber. Get in before its entirely leased up!
