Every transaction has a story, and this one definitely had a few plot twists. There were a few bumps in the road, a few unexpected turns, and plenty of moments where we thought, “Okay… now we should be good, right?” 🤪

But after working through every detail and every challenge, we are officially CLOSED! 🎉
